Salted Caramel & Brown-Butter Cupcakes
A doctored-box cupcake that's vanilla top to bottom — brown butter, a salted-caramel custard core, and dulce buttercream standing in for the chocolate my wife can't eat. Tastes like a bakery, built from the pantry.
